Return, Cancellation and Exchange

What is your Return Policy and Procedure?

The satisfaction and expectations of our customers are very important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order; You can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that it is in its original packaging, unused and labels have not been removed.

Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, hygienic products (such as surgical masks), swimwear and bikinis are the types of products for which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. However, if these products have; 

  • Not been unboxed and protective tapes/wraps have not been removed, 
  • Not been tried on, 
  • Not been used and 
  • Its hygienic structure is still intact

you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will not have the right to return any products that do not meet the health and hygiene conditions. Returns found to be in such situation will not be accepted.

Within the scope of Modanisa exchange / return policy; Unless the products are defective, the exchange and / or return of used products are not accepted due to the qualities of evening dresses. In the case of a request for exchange and / or return of used evening dresses, the product will be destroyed and there will be no refund.

You can return your package in two ways: “Express Return” or “International Return”. 

With "Express Return", your return is completed within 5-7 days and the refund amount 14.99$ is deducted. Therefore, you do not have to pay when you drop off your package at the delivery point.

With “International Returns”, the return process may take up to 2 months. No service fee will be deducted from your refund amount, but you need to send your package with a shipping company of your choice to the address below and will need to pay the necessary shipment fee to the shipping company. Modanisa starts the return process immediately after receiving your returned package.
You can contact customer service to get the international return form as you request.

If you want to return products belonging to more than one order, you must create a separate return form for each order. When you attach the return form you created on the package, you should only put the products of that order into the package. If you put the products of different orders in the same package, your refund may be incomplete or late, as we will not be able to find out which order the products belong to immediately.

How can I return my Order?

Can I return the free of charge/promotional items in my order?

Return processes for gift or promotional products differ depending on the campaign.

  • If the campaign conditions are met even after the cancellation or refund, the campaign will not be cancelled.
  • If the remaining items in an order do not meet the campaign conditions after the cancellation or return of an item/s from the order, the campaign will be cancelled. The discount amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

You can check out the total refund amount by following the steps below:

  1. Go to the order including the items you want to return in "My Orders" tab.
  2. Click on the "Return Items" button at the bottom of the menu/page.
  3. Select the reason of return. In this step, you can see your total refund amount.

Where can I see the refund amount?

Also, you can see your total refund amount from the receipt we have sent you:

  • The information in the "Unit Price" column shows the unit price of the product without VAT added at the time of purchase.
  • The information in the "Discount Amount" column shows the total discount amount applied to the product at the time of purchase.
  • The information in the "Product Service Amount" column shows the amount you paid when purchasing the product and the amount that will be credited to your account if you return the product. It is calculated by deducting the discount amount from the unit price and adding the VAT value to the result.

The following are not included in the refund amount:

  • The service fee of cash on delivery is not refundable.
  • If you do not return all the items in your order, the shipping fee cannot be refunded.
  • When the orders placed with the free shipping campaign are returned or canceled and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign conditions, the shipping fee is deducted from the total refund amount.
  • If the remaining items in an order do not meet the campaign conditions after the cancellation or return of an item/s from the order, the campaign will be cancelled. The discount amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

What is your refund process?

After we receive your return package and the confirmation process is complete, we will inform you and proceed to the refund process. You will be fully refunded through the payment channel you've used. Depending on your bank's payment processing policies, it may take up to 14 days for your total refund amount to be reimbursed to your account.

For payments made with debit cards, it may take up to 28 days for the refund to be processed.

How can I track my returned item?

Once we receive your returned items, you will be informed by either email or SMS immediately.

I cannot see the refund in my bank account. What should I do?
  • After your return package is delivered to us and the approval process is complete, we will notify you and we will start your refund process immediately.
  • Depending on your bank's payment processing policies, the reimbursemet of your total refund amount to your account may take up to 14 days.
  • In any case when your refund is not reimbursed to your account within 14 days after the return notification, we recommend that you consult your bank first.
  • If you cannot get enough information about your refund from your bank, you can contact us via our Whatsapp support line or send an e-mail to support@modanisa.com.

How can I exchange an item?

We do not have a product exchange service. Based on our return procedures, you can return the product(s) you have purchased and create a new order. You can go to Easy Return Center for your returns and start your process with simple steps.

Can I cancel my order?
  •  After completing your purchase, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer services, if the status of your order is as follows; "verification pending" or "preparing".
  •  We cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped.
10.
I cancelled my order. Will I be refunded shippig fee too?

You can only cancel your order before it is shipped. If your canceled order has not been shipped yet, the full amount paid, including the shipping fee, will be refunded.

Can I reorder the items I previously cancelled?

You can place a new order of the items of your choice at any time as long as they are in stock. If they are out of stock, you can choose the 'Notify When Available' option.

I've lost my invoice, can I still make a return without it?

In the case that you lose your product invoice, write the following information on a blank piece of paper, place it in the return package and send, as long as it complies with the current return policy procedure.

13.
How does the return process proceed in case of products that are not subject to return/not sold in Modanisa are included in the return package?

Upon your return request, you will be contacted if there are products we have not sold and/or are not subject to return in the package you sent us. If the products are not received from our warehouse address that we indicated within 15 days, the products will be destroyed after being recorded with the disposal report.
